By accessing or using the website at truststack.media or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and truststack.media. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

truststack.media provides done-for-you (DFY) content production and distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Content strategy and scripting
• Video editing and post-production
• Thumbnail creation
• SEO optimisation for video content
• Publishing and distribution across digital platforms

The specific services provided to you will be detailed in a separate client agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.

To receive our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information including transcripts, existing content, and your ideal customer profile (ICP) as requested
• Record and deliver video footage on the agreed schedule
• Ensure you hold all necessary rights to any content or materials you provide to us
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate billing information and fulfil payment obligations

Your content: You retain ownership of all original content, video footage, and materials you provide to us. By engaging our services, you grant truststack.media a limited licence to use, edit, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to display portfolio samples of our work (with your prior consent) for marketing purposes.

Our materials: Any proprietary templates, processes, systems, or methodologies used in delivering your services remain the exclusive property of truststack.media.

Payment terms will be specified in your individual client agreement. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on each invoice
• Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought current
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Revenue-share arrangements, where applicable, will be governed by the specific terms in your client agreement

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the services.

We will not disclose your business strategies, financial information, or client data to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

While we are committed to delivering high-quality work and use industry-proven strategies, truststack.media does not guarantee specific results, including particular levels of revenue, leads, views, or engagement. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, truststack.media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the services engagement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will deliver any completed work product to you within a reasonable timeframe
• Confidentiality obligations and intellectual property provisions survive termination

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive materials via our website
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website without express written permission

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
